We got up early this morning and ran to the Post Office to mail some things. We mailed out L/L’s Christmas box, which was the most important. We sent it Express with Confirmation because that’s the only way to make sure the Canadian Post Office doesn’t lose it (like they lost the box earlier this year, grrr!). We also mailed off some stuff for paperbackswap.com and swapacd.com, and bought more stamps. Between my swapping websites and sendsomething.net we’ve been using a ton of stamps. I have one of those Post Office envelops full of 90cent stamps (for overseas), 69cent stamps (for Canada and Mexico), 26cent stamps (for domestic post cards), 41cent stamps (for domestic letters), and some leftover 39cent and 1cent stamps, that I’m using bit by bit. I feel like the stamp queen! In the Post Office today I saw one of their framed stamp picture thingies that featured Batman! I was so tempted but I didn’t get it. 
In two weeks we’ll mail out the other Christmas boxes, mainly LeAnne’s and Lea’s. I still need to find a present for hyjinx!
Today is Friday so we’ll pick up our nephew from his school at 3:55pm and bring him home. My brother-in-law is out of town for work so my sister asked me to stay late and watch a movie with her and have margaritas. Mmmm, margaritas. I need to finish writing my paper that’s due tonight before I leave to get him, though, so I should get to work on that pretty soon, instead of writing a boring laundry list journal entry. 
Tomorrow we’ll see a movie and have lunch with T, and then dates with L/L in the evening, and Sunday will be schoolwork and seeing L/L whenever we can.
