Here we go again
So I found another condo that’s very nice. It’s got everything we need and the location is excellent, etc. etc. etc. I’m going to meet with my realtor tomorrow to go over the contract and make an offer at 185k and all closing costs paid (the list price is $199,900). The only potential problem is that the place is overpriced for this market and it might be that the people selling aren’t going to be willing to negotiate. My maximum is very firm, though, at $190k, so if they aren’t willing to meet that then it’ll be a no-go. I’ll just have to wait and see!
It’s got new hardwood floors all through the foyer and living/dining area, and it’s all been freshly painted white. The bedrooms are on opposite sides, which provides some privacy, and there are two full baths, and lots of closet space, and a fireplace. Lots of sunlight, too.
This condo-buying process sure is complicated!
