It looks like the house inspection will be on Friday afternoon at 3pm. I’ve turned in tons of paperwork to the mortgage lender, and signed the counter-offer in all the various required spots. I’ve sent so many faxes in the past two days! I’m really glad I own a fax machine!
I’m in wait and see mode right now. We have to get through the appraisal and the home inspection and the FHA inspection at this point. Hopefully I’ll know something pretty soon.
