The appraisal came through at 193k. I’m paying 192k, so that’s just about as perfect as you can get. I think this means I can go ahead and give notice at my apartment complex and start packing my stuff. From what I can tell, this whole condo thing is now a definite GO.
Soon I will be posting everywhere, giving away my possessions.
