Fuckers. What is it with companies and their horrid customer service? I’m not unreasonable; just tell me the truth about what’s going to happen and I’ll be fine with it, but all this back and forth and being late or not putting the order in or whatever is bullshit.
I am feeling very frustrated right now. *sigh*

That sucks a LOT. I can definitely empathize with the customer service issues…we had our own with the rental company this week. And that lady at the gas company? Yeah, if I was you, I’d file a complaint against her..that’s incredible.
