		<description>Kitties! I put heating reflecting film on my windows, so now the buns can't really sun themselves the way they like. There's sun, but it's not warm anymore.

A co-worker told me that pretty much the first couple years after you buy a place you spend finding all sorts of things wrong with it and fixing them. He's right!</description>
